ABOUT THIS SERVICE Pickup and Drop-Off Details: For same-day bookings, please reserve at least 24 hours prior to your chosen pickup time. Choose your flight arrival date at checkout. For example, if your flight lands at 00:00 on May 2, select May 2. Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight arrives. Domestic/International Arrivals: After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, exit Godofredo P. Ramos Airport and head to the Southwest booth at window 5, curbside, in the Airport Arrival Hall at the front of the airport. Hotel pickup and drop-off services are available. Please be in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Provide your hotel name and address on the checkout page. The driver will wait up to 10 minutes before departing (no refunds will be issued after this period). Surcharge Information: All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver. Extra luggage: PHP 250 per piece.
