Terms & Conditions Confirmation: Make take up to 24 Hours to secure your bookings Confirmation You will receive an email with confirmation after booking and payment is complete. In the event that you do not receive an email check all email folders and if still unreceived email us promptly Present your confirmation upon arrival to the tour guide confirmation is valid only on the date and time specified Terms & Conditions Cancellation:Refund Policy cancellations 7 days Prior to Arrival of any package holiday start date only Parcial Refunds can be issued back to the guest as a 25% Service fee is non refundable and may take up to 28 days to be returned cancellations 7 days before Arrival date are non Refundable, Holiday vouchers can be issued depending on circumstances the 25% Service fee is deducted from the voucher and has to be used within 6 months issue The operator may cancel the Package at any time prior to arrival in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions).
