I am writing this review FROM our Tree House Villa which is an amazing two story house all to ourselves.
We came here after a shortish visit to El Nido and are now regretting that a bit and wish we had just come straight here and spent more time.
You are assigned a butler and the staff is super accommodating.

If Boracay Was Made for Royalty, then Shangri-la Must Be Its Crown Jewel
There is something to be said about the hospitality at Shangri-la: from the moment you enter the lobby, the warmth shines through. From room to restaurant and everywhere in between, you are well taken care of in ways you probably don’t even see.
Of course the pool and spa and premises were well beyond perfect; but personally, but it was truly the service that fast became an unforgettable hallmark of the Shangri-La Boracay experience. It was, through and through, what took Shangri-La from stereotypical luxury, to world-class sophistication.

Treehouse Villa Bliss
First of all, the overall property is really luxurious. It's quite far from everything else but if some seclusion and excellent food is something you're looking for in Boracay, then I doubt this place will disappoint you. We stayed at their Treehouse villa and all I can say is WOW. Just WOW. Excellent views of the ocean? Romantic seclusion? Check. Waking up and seeing those semi misty glass windows and hearing the birds singing as you take sips from that cup of caffeine after you've just woken up? Check. 24/7 private butler service from a person who seems like he really appreciates how management treats him and has been employed by the resort pretty much ever since it was opened, resulting in his all-smiles and exemplary service?

Wow, what an experience!! We do not want to leave this stunning incredible resort.

Every single member of staff we crossed paths with all greeted us with a polite and extremely friendly, welcoming & attentive nature. From the moment we arrived & throughout our stay from reception , restaurant, bar staff through to concierge , pool & security . All of you were wonderful !! A special shout out & thanks to lovely Marilyn Lauretta for taking care of our room
